BTC de Lis creates custom, made-to-order digital portraits and crests. Production work can begin within 24 hours of order placement, so we do not offer refunds or cancellations after 24 hours.

Satisfaction Guarantee

We stand behind our work. If you are not completely satisfied with the final delivered files, contact us within 3 days of delivery with specific feedback. We will provide one additional free revision round to help achieve the result you envision.

Exceptions

Refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis only before the 24-hour window or in the event of a clear technical error on our end. All sales are final after the revision round is completed or 3 days post-delivery, whichever comes first.

Digital files cannot be returned or exchanged due to their nature. Delivery is via secure download link.
